We are off on our holiday tomorrow to Devon, last time we went on holiday we got married, which was a surprise to all! Nothing as adventurous planned for this holiday, just hoping to relax and have an enjoyable time.
Our wedding in Prague was a fantastic experience, planned in just a few short months and kept a secret from most family and friends, it was not a traditional wedding. We chose Prague on a whim, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Although we missed out on celebrating with all our family and friends, it was still a joyous occasion.
The ceremony took place at the Old Town Hall, situated in the old town square. It was a beautifully simple ceremony and all held in Czech, so we could have signed and agreed to anything! Afterwards we were greeted by crowds of tourists in the old town square who all cheered and clapped, this was a truly unique experience. The evening was spent in the Radisson Blu Alcron Hotel, with delicious food, jazz music and dancing. We couldn’t have wished for a better day.
A couple of pictures from inside the St. Vitus Cathedral, gorgeous light streaming in through the stained glass windows.
